Rules

  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM 
  • Late check-ins: 5:00 PM | Check-out time: 4:00 PM  
  • Full payment of the booking amount is required before check-in, and it is non-refundable. 
  • A refundable security deposit of Rs. 2,000 is required at check-in and will be returned upon check-out if no damage is reported. 
  • Please note that all payments must be made in cash upon arrival as we do not have a credit card facility on-site. 
  • Any additional food and beverage costs will be charged at actuals. 
  • No refunds or adjustments will be made if guests arrive late, leave early, or reduce the number of guests or stay duration. 
  • Kindly respect check-in and check-out timings to ensure a smooth experience for all guests. 
  • Smoking and eating inside the rooms are strictly prohibited. 
  • Meals are served in the cafeteria only; carrying food to the rooms is not allowed. 
  • Please adhere to meal timings, as food will not be served beyond the scheduled hours. 
  • Pool timings: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM. 
  • For the comfort of all guests, loud music is not allowed after 12:00 AM.
  • Breakfast: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM 
  • Lunch: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM 
  • Hi-tea: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM 
  • Dinner: 9:00 PM – 10:30 PM 
  • We offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals in a buffet format.
  • Any missed meals will not be compensated. 
  • Additional charges apply for à la carte orders.
  • No refund will be issued if a booking is cancelled within 15 days of the scheduled arrival date or if the guest fails to show up.
